Our story
A quieter standard of care
PetNova began with a simple observation: many facilities in the city were either purely clinical or overly playful. Owners looking for something in between — professional, calm, and genuinely attentive — had few places to go.
We opened as a compact house for dogs and cats, with rooms sized for rest, a grooming suite that is not an afterthought, and a team hired for judgement as much as skill.
