Individual stations, non-slip floors and adjustable tables. Noise is kept low, water temperature is controlled and each pet is finished in a separate dry-down bay.

Boarding Rooms
Private, climate-controlled rooms with raised beds, fresh water and a view toward staff corridors. Rooms are sanitised between guests and sized for the pet, not stacked.

Indoor play is grouped by size and temperament. Sessions are timed, supervised and broken with rest so energy is spent well, not endlessly.

Outdoor Area
Shaded outdoor runs designed for Dubai heat, with misters, drinking points and secure fencing. Time outside is scheduled around temperature, not a fixed clock.

A quiet bay for medication, settling new guests and one-to-one attention. This is where anxious pets start, and where we monitor anyone who needs extra eyes.

What happens when one guest leaves and the next arrives
Room turnover
Beds stripped, surfaces sanitised, bowls replaced and the room left empty to dry before the next check-in.
Play grouping
Pets are introduced by size and temperament. Play is supervised and stopped early if energy turns sharp.
Climate & night
Rooms stay within a set temperature band. Overnight staff complete corridor checks rather than leaving the floor empty.
